This short animation is inspired by my personal visit to Urk, a Dutch village with a rich history and a strong Christian identity. During my time there, I closely observed the culture and daily life of its community. What stood out to me most was how Christianity not only guides personal lives but is also deeply embedded in the structure of the community. I translated these impressions into a 2-minute animation, using dark orange and blue to depict the village's warmth and depth. The film reflects my interpretation of Urk as a place where tradition and faith uniquely intertwine.
